is every single thing is predetermined?
An idea stuck to me, it may be old though.
As far as my knowledge of physics is concerned,
We do not have any (basic) event which begins itself i.e. every event(and state) is result of some event which happened in previous state. At those event happed as per rules of nature(or physics).
So nothing is random.. things those seems random are just complex and are just made of lot of events happening together.
In this way whatever event are guiding our thoughts can not be random. those events may be huge in number and may happening very fast but if we choose a single of those that must be due to some previous.
Not going in confusing details..
Every single event in universe is guided by rules of nature. Nothing is random. Nothing is new. Nothing is beginning (after beginning of universe).
So are our thoughts just an illusions to us? Whatever we are doing is predetermined (at beginning of universe)?? my typing this post is predetermined?? you are reading this post, is this predetermined??

May be quantum mechanics can help you out of this predetermined stuff!
Hye on a lighter note have you ever thought why a taraju comes back to the normal position when you pull one side down even if the forces on both the sides are balanced, it doesn't stay in the one side down one side up state, i know its equlibrium and may be state of minimum energy but ever thought??? neway I am brijesh from FU if you don't remember :)
